All calls are digitally recorded for quality control. Calls can be looked up by date and time, account number, agent ID or caller ID. All calls are recorded and stored for at least 90 days and can be emailed to you for any call requested. You can also listen to your calls by logging into our secure web server.
Complete statistics on calls, messages and call-outs can be furnished, both in numbers and actual minutes. Answer time, hold time, call detail and Automatic Number Identification (ANI) reports are automatically recorded.
Urgent calls can be patched through immediately.
